C’est un peu le PSG – Marseille iranien. Ces deux clubs téhéranais se disputent chaque année le championnat national de football. Le stade est plein à chaque confrontation et il faut être prêt à tout pour avoir des places (cf photos jointes). Je me souviens l’an dernier en rentrant sur Téhéran un soir d’automne sur l’autoroute de Karaj d’avoir l’impression d’être au milieu d’émeutes. L’autoroute était jonchée de pare-brises brisés et de gros morceaux de bois. Sur le bord de l’autoroute, toutes les fractions militaires iraniennes semblaient être représentées. On pouvait croiser des voitures ou des mini bus remplis de supporters arborant des écharpes parfois rouges (pour Persepolis) ou bleues (pour Estaghal). Cette année, persepolis a gagné 2 à 1
in english... It’s like our Paris vs Marseille. These two Iranian teams fought to win Iranian football championship. Stadium is full for each league match and you have to be ready to do everything if you want to have a ticket (see pictures hereunder). I remember last year when I was coming back from Karaj to Tehran one evening to have the feeling that I was in the middle of riots. Many car windscreens and parts of wood laid strewn about the motorway. On the both sides of the motorway, many different police and military forces was present. It was possible to pass cars or bus full of supporters in blue (for Estaghal) or red (for Persepolis). This year, Persepolis won 2 to 1.
